Turning WhatsApp Into a Sales Engine: Our Work With PusherPOP

PusherPOP was managing leads and support manually on WhatsApp. We built a 24/7 AI assistant that handles product discovery, qualifies leads, and freed their team to focus on closing deals.

PusherPOP builds automated push-feed systems that keep retail shelves organized and fully stocked across major chains like Carrefour, Farma365, and Quick Market in Latin America. Their team was already doing a great job managing client relationships through WhatsApp, with a dedicated person handling product inquiries, technical support, and incoming leads manually.

But as PusherPOP grew, so did the volume of conversations. The same questions came in dozens of times a day. Leads that came in outside business hours had to wait until the next morning, and by then some had already gone cold. The team member handling WhatsApp was spending most of their time on repetitive interactions instead of the higher-value work they were capable of.

PusherPOP saw an opportunity: what if they could automate the repetitive layer and free up their team to focus on what actually moves the needle?

What We Built

We designed and developed a conversational WhatsApp assistant that runs 24/7 and handles two core workflows.

Product discovery. The bot walks potential clients through PusherPOP's catalog based on their store type, shelf dimensions, and product categories. A retail buyer can describe what they need and get a tailored recommendation in seconds, at any time of day.

Lead qualification. Every conversation captures intent. The bot identifies where a prospect is in their buying journey, collects the relevant details, and routes qualified leads directly to PusherPOP's sales team. No lead sits unanswered, no matter the hour.

The Results

Over 1,000 users engaged with the assistant. WhatsApp went from a channel that depended on one person's availability to an always-on system that captures leads, supports customers, and qualifies opportunities around the clock.

The team member who used to spend their day answering repetitive messages was freed up to focus on strategic work: closing deals, building relationships, and supporting key accounts. PusherPOP didn't just automate a process. They upgraded how their team spends its time.

Why It Worked

PusherPOP's customers were already on WhatsApp. We didn't ask them to download an app, visit a portal, or change their behavior. We brought the experience to where they already were, and made it feel like a natural conversation rather than a form.

That's the kind of product thinking we bring to every engagement at Besolvit. If you're looking to turn the channels your customers already use into something that actually works for your business, we'd love to hear from you.
