The engagement started on site, with a workshop at Vision's Townsville office to understand how the team actually works before anything was built. Since then, Besolvit has worked alongside the team in short cycles: build something small, put it in front of the people who will use it, and let their feedback decide what comes next. The goal is software that fits around Vision's existing processes and supports the experience of its people, rather than asking them to change the way they work.
It's still a work in progress. What stands out so far is the way of working: a hands-on partner that fits in with the team and improves things step by step, rather than an off-the-shelf product.
From the outset, Nico took the time to understand the problem before jumping into a solution. This approach allowed us to establish a solid foundation that was scalable and tailored to Vision's needs. Nico has been proactive, collaborative and team focused throughout the engagement, which continues to evolve as we build out the platform.
